Week 01 – How To Stock Your Raw Food Kitchen


Welcome to the first week in the main course of How To Go Raw, Not Crazy!

In Week 1, we’re going to cover everything you need to know to get super comfortable with living a raw foods lifestyle. One of the most challenging parts of going raw is figuring out what to eat, what not to eat, and where to get it!

We’ve covered all of these questions and more with some handy tips and a meal plan guide so that you can breeze through this part of the transition.

Remember that you don’t need to stock up on every super food and specialty item at once, and if you do, they will last you a while. Your first shop could be a little more costly then the shops that follow.

Fresh fruits and veggies are the most sustainable life-filled foods you can put in your body, and we’ve covered some easy ways to make sure you’re getting exactly what you need without the temptation of the things you don’t 😉

You’re getting the food combining chart today, so note that we’ll be going much deeper into this topic in Week 5.

While you’re going through the course, remember to reference back to previous lessons for recipes and other guidance, and ask as many questions as you need to on the Young and Raw Private Members forum!

This week is going to be a lot of fun for you, and you may just find you pick things up a lot quicker than you’d imagined.
